250 gr Almond Flower

250 gr powder sugar

250 gr sugar

200 gr egg whites
Filling Recipe

1 Litter of milk

2 eggs

8 egg yolks

280 gr sugar

110 gr corn starch
Directions:
Dough

Sift the almond flower with the sugar and put it aside, in a sauce pan heat up the egg whites with the sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Mix it with a Mixer until firm. Using a spatula mix all the dry ingredients and a few drops of pink food coloring.

Squirt the dough onto a silicone heat proof mat or a baking sheet. Bake it for 10 minutes on 110F then 10 minutes on 120F. Remove from oven and let it cool.
Filling
Bring milk to a boil. In a separate bowl mix eggs, eggs whites, sugar and corn starch. When milk starts to rise mix in this mixture. Mixing nonstop with a when the mixtures start to boil mix it with a mixer for 5 minutes.
