Strawberry Macaroon Recipe

Dough Recipe

  • 250 gr Almond Flower

  • 250 gr powder sugar

  • 250 gr sugar

  • 200 gr egg whites


 Filling Recipe

  • 1 Litter of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 8 egg yolks

  • 280 gr sugar

  • 110 gr corn starch




  1. Sift the almond flower with the sugar and put it aside, in a sauce pan heat up the egg whites with the sugar until the sugar dissolves.

  2.  Mix it with a Mixer until firm. Using a spatula mix all the dry ingredients and a few drops of pink food coloring.

  3.  Squirt the dough onto a silicone heat proof mat or a baking sheet. Bake it for 10 minutes on 110F then 10 minutes on 120F. Remove from oven and let it cool.



Bring milk to a boil. In a separate bowl mix eggs, eggs whites, sugar and corn starch. When milk starts to rise mix in this mixture. Mixing nonstop with a when the mixtures start to boil mix it with a mixer for 5 minutes.



To serve simply spread the filling between two macaroon cookies.
