Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of condensed milk
- 1 Cup of milk
- 3 Eggs
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender blend it well, for the caramel place the sugar on a sauce pan over medium heat melt the sugar stirring it constantly when melted cover the bottom of the flan pan with the caramel then pour in the flan mixture.
- In a bath bake it for 2 hours.
- Wait until it is cold to turn it over on to a serving dish.
- Serve it cold.
