Ingredients:
- Potato
- Collard green
- Portuguese Chorizo
- Garlic
- Onions
- Salt
Directions:
- In a separate pan, fry the chorizo until crispy and set it aside.
- In a large pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil onions and garlic, then stir in the potatoes and collard greens cook until fork tender.
- Remove the collard greens and blend the soup until smooth. then stir in the chorizo and the collard greens, cook it for about 5 more minutes.
