Butter Lime Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g butter
- 3 eggs + 1 w / brush (optional)
- 500 g of flour
- zest of ½ lemon
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and knead until the dough is homogeneous and then allowed to rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 190 º C. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make a drawing with a cross-like masses.
- If desired, brush with a beaten egg and bake for 15 minutes to brown.
