Pineapple Mousse Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • ½ Pineapple diced
  • 100 ml Water to cook the pineapple
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 130 ml hot water
  • 1 Pack of gelatin light or pineapple light gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Recipe Directions:

  1. Cook the pineapple in 100 ml of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
  3. Pour it in the blender with the milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the pineapple and pulse it 3 or 4 times to mix . (not to break down the pineapple.)
  5. Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate it.
  6. Garnish with pieces of pineapple and pineapple leaves.
