Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of cooked rice
- 2 spring onions, finely
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (par boiled for 2 minutes.)
- 3/4 tbsp of vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil or peanut oil
Directions:
- Heat the sesame oil in large wok, add the spring onion whites and stir for 1 minute on high.
- Add the rest of the rest of the vegetables and toss them on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Cook for 1 minute. Add the cooked cold rice and combine well leave on high for one minute.
- Add vinegar and cook for one more minute.
