Ingredients:

• Potato
• Collard green
• Portuguese Chorizo
• Garlic
• Onions
• Salt

Directions:

1. In a separate pan, fry the chorizo until crispy and set it aside.
2. In a large pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil onions and garlic, then stir in the potatoes and collard greens cook until fork tender.
3. Remove the collard greens and blend the soup until smooth. then stir in the chorizo and the collard greens, cook it for about 5 more minutes.
