Pineapple Mousse Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
- ½ Pineapple diced
- 100 ml Water to cook the pineapple
- 500 ml whole milk
- 130 ml hot water
- 1 Pack of gelatin light or pineapple light gelatin
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Recipe Directions:
- Cook the pineapple in 100 ml of water for 5 minutes.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
- Pour it in the blender with the milk and vanilla extract.
- Add the pineapple and pulse it 3 or 4 times to mix . (not to break down the pineapple.)
- Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate it.
- Garnish with pieces of pineapple and pineapple leaves.
