Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 4eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a blender blend, eggs, water, .carrots, sugar and oil until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. In a large bowl mix all purpose flour and baking powder, stir in the carrot batter mix well until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour it into a well greased baking pan, bake it until tested inserted in the cake comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
