Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 medium carrots
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 4eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a blender blend, eggs, water, .carrots, sugar and oil until you get a smooth consistency.
- In a large bowl mix all purpose flour and baking powder, stir in the carrot batter mix well until all of the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour it into a well greased baking pan, bake it until tested inserted in the cake comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
