Carol’s Chocolate Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

• 1 Cup of all purpose flower
• 1 Cup of sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 1 Teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 Cup of water
• 2 Tables spoons of butter
• 1 Cup of chocolate powder

Recipe Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Separate egg yolks and whites.
3. Beat the egg whites until it is fluffy set it aside.
4. In a mixer mix the sugar, butter and egg yolks for 5 minutes until it is light and creamy.
5. Add the chocolate powder, water, flour and the baking powder beat it until well mixed about 3 minutes, add the egg whites and mix it gently by hand.
6. Bake it in a 350 F oven for about 25 minutes.
