Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Recipe

Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberry
- 16 ounces Semisweet chocolate chip
- 2 tablespoons of shortening
Directions:
- Melt the semi sweet chocolate and the shortening over a double boiler.
- When melted dip in the washed and dried strawberry.
- Using a toothpick. Turn it upside down and insert it into a styrofoam.
- Let it stand for 30 minute to cool down.
